The ICC International Property Maintenance Code/2012, as published by the International
Code Council Inc., together with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes
prescribed in this article, is hereby adopted by reference and is made a part of this
article, the same as if fully set forth herein, as the standards, rules and regulations
for the maintenance of buildings and structural appurtenances in the city.
