§ 2-53. Presiding officer to preserve order.

  • The presiding officer shall decide all questions of order in accordance with this division and, as to any such questions that cannot be so decided, in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (11th edition). The presiding officer shall preserve order and decorum, and his decisions on questions of order shall be final, subject to appeal.
