§ 2-485. Workers' compensation benefits, reimbursement to city.

Any employee who receives his regular salary, or a portion thereof, and thereafter receives any benefits under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq.) shall, upon receipt of such benefits, reimburse the city for all salary received. The amount of reimbursement to the city shall not exceed the benefits received.
