§ 36-26. Prohibition at public entrances.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful:
(1)

To smoke or vape within 25 feet of a public entrance to a public place or to a place of employment.

(2)

For any person or persons to gather or congregate for the purpose of smoking or vaping within 25 feet of a public entrance.
