§ 42-2. Intentional misrepresentation to city.

  • Any person commits intentional misrepresentation upon the city when he knowingly alters any document or falsely affirms any facts thereupon, in such a manner that it:

    (1)

    Causes the city official or employee to whom the document is tendered to transfer, create or issue any right, obligation, license or power flowing from the city to any person or property; or

    (2)

    Causes the city to endorse or republish such false information as being true.
