§ 42-5. Same—Burials other than in cemetery or columbarium prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to bury any human remains within the city limits, or within one mile thereof, except in a cemetery or columbarium which is operating in conformance with 410 ILCS 5/1 et seq., as amended.
