§ 58-75. Minimum standards for residential paving.

Residential pavement shall consist of a three-inch minimum thickness (Illinois Department of Transportation, Class I, Mix C) asphalt surface on an adequate base, and an approved 18-inch-wide section of Portland cement concrete curb and gutter on each side; or a six-inch minimum thickness Portland cement concrete pavement with integral Portland cement concrete curbing, all designed in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, current edition.
