Final plats, in 15 copies, each accompanied by a key map, and 12 copies of the final
engineering plans, complete with four copies of any required supporting documents,
shall be furnished to the director of engineering not less than 30 calendar days prior
to the next regular meeting of the city council. The original drawing of the final
plat shall also be transmitted to the director of engineering, who will examine the
plat and supporting documents. In no case will the director of engineering forward
the final plat to the city council until all requirements of this chapter have been
met and until all required supporting documents have been submitted. Such documentation
must be submitted within one year following approval of the preliminary plat.
