§ 6-97. Appeals.

In the event of an appeal to the Illinois Liquor Control Commission from an order or action of the local liquor commissioner denying the issuance of a license or denying renewal of a license under this chapter, the appeal shall be limited to a review of the official records of the proceedings of the commissioner.
