§ 6-130. Same—Extended hours.

Any licensee holding a liquor license may request to extend their license hours three days per calendar year. A written request shall be submitted to the local liquor commissioner not less than 30 days prior to the date for which permission is sought. The local liquor commissioner shall place any condition, restriction and limitation on said extension as deemed necessary.
