§ 70-4. Police officers to enforce traffic laws.

It shall be the duty of officers of the police department, or such officers as are assigned by the chief of police, to enforce all city and state traffic laws applicable to street traffic in this city and all other applicable sections of this chapter as it pertains to enforcement of this chapter.
