§ 70-107. Vehicles improperly parked in a leased parking space; towing and storage fees.

Whenever a vehicle is towed by order of a police officer of this city for improperly parking in a leased parking space, the owner or operator may retrieve such vehicle upon payment of storage and towing fees in accordance with appendix B to this Code.
