§ 74-293. Use of deposit to satisfy defaults.

In case of defaults in payments made by the city or sanitary district in connection with furnishing water and sanitary sewage treatment service, or in case of removal of a city-owned 20-gallon recycling container from any property, the city may, after 45 days from the date the bill is rendered, apply the deposit provided for in section 74-292 or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due the city.
