§ 74-316. Rates for water, sanitary sewer service, and stormwater management.

There are hereby established rates and charges for the cause of the combined waterworks and sewage system of the city, based upon the amount of water consumed as registered by the water meters installed in each service line, in accordance with appendix B (fee schedule) of this Code.
