§ 42-4. Cemeteries—Establishing.

It shall be unlawful to establish any new cemetery within the city limits, or within one mile thereof. Further, it shall be unlawful to geographically enlarge any cemetery existing within the city limits, or within one mile thereof, without the prior approval of the city council.
