§ 42-138. Discipline.

In addition to any penalty imposed by a court for a violation of this article, any employee shall be subject to discipline up to and including discharge. Any officer convicted of a violation of this article may be removed from office so long as said removal is otherwise provided for in the statutes of the state and/or the state constitution.
