§ 70-2. State vehicle code adopted by reference.

There is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out at length in this chapter, the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq.), and violation of any provision of such vehicle code shall constitute a violation of this Code and shall subject the violator thereof to punishment as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.
